Painesbrook Court provides long-term accommodation, care and support for frail older people and people with higher levels of needs.
The scheme has 64 flats, of which eight are fully furnished care flats available for respite and intermediate care. These flats offer short-term accommodation for people who are well enough to leave hospital, but may require some rehabilitation or support before moving on. The service is flexible to meet the changing needs of residents, and their supportive spouse/partner. Relatives are able to ‘sleep over’ in one of the
scheme’s two guest flats - and these can be pre-booked with the court manager.

• All flats are easily accessible to people with mobility needs
• There is a communal lounge and garden
• The scheme is staffed by a manager during the day
Security:
• Electronic door entry system allows residents to control access
• 24-hour emergency alarm system
• Security pendants available if needed
