Ambrose Close is a registered scheme for older people situated in Beckton. It consists of 24 one bedroom flats and six one-bedroom bungalows, all self-contained.

Barnes Court is a Supported Living Scheme for six people with Learning Disabilities. Situated on the Shelly Estate in Ongar, the scheme consists of six self-contained flats.
- Beddalls Farm Court
Beddalls Farm Court provides housing and support for older people. It is situated in Beckton and consists of 35 self-contained flats.
- Beehive Lane
Beehive Lane is a purpose built scheme for eight people with learning disabilities. It is situated a mile and a half from Chelmsford town centre and consists of four single flats and two double flats, all self-contained.
- Betty Brooks House
Betty Brooks House, named in memory of its first scheme manager, is situated in the Leyton/Leytonstone area. It consists of a main sheltered block and a number of individual properties nearby, providing a total of 29 self-contained flats.
- Bluebell Grange
Bluebell Grange is a scheme for older people. It is situated in Newham and consists of 21 self-contained single flats.
- Bocking Almshouses
The Royal Almshouses at Bocking is a registered scheme for up to 23 adults with
learning disabilities, and for people with general needs over 60.
- Bradymead
Bradymead is a modern, six place registered home for women with mental health needs. It is situated within a large general needs housing estate in Beckton.
- Bruno House
Bruno House, is a scheme situated in Walthamstow. It was opened by Frank Bruno and has seven self contained flats.
