Beddalls Farm Court provides housing and support for older people. It is situated in Beckton and consists of 35 self-contained flats.
- Betty Brooks House
Betty Brooks House, named in memory of its first scheme manager, is situated in the Leyton/Leytonstone area. It consists of a main sheltered block and a number of individual properties nearby, providing a total of 29 self-contained flats.
- Bluebell Grange
Bluebell Grange is a scheme for older people. It is situated in Newham and consists of 21 self-contained single flats.
- Bruno House
Bruno House, is a scheme situated in Walthamstow. It was opened by Frank Bruno and has seven self contained flats.
- Dames House
Dames House provides housing, care and support for older people. Situated near Wanstead Flats, the building received a Design Award from The Guardian newspaper when it was built in 1992.
- Fazal Laj
Fazal Laj, which means ‘little house’, is a scheme for older Asian people situated in Ilford. It consists of seven spacious bungalows.
Like all our housing for older people, Fazal Laj is designed and managed in a way that respects tenants’ dignity, individuality and right to privacy.
- Maple Court
Maple Court provides housing and support for older people. Situated in Beckton, the scheme consists of 21 single flats and one double flat, all self-contained. Like all our housing for older people, Maple Court is designed and managed in a way that respects tenants’ dignity, individuality and right to privacy, while offering an appropriate level of support when needed.
- Meggs Almshouses
Meggs Almshouses began as a homeless unit. It consists of a single persons sheltered unit based in Upton Park. The property is a listed building.
- Montbazon
Montbazon Court is a sheltered scheme which provides extra care for older people. Located in a residential area of Brentwood, the scheme consists of sixteen flats for individual residents and ten flats for two people. All flats are self contained with their own front doors.
- Painesbrook Court
Paines Brook Court provides long-term accommodation, care and support for frail older people and people with higher levels of needs.
