Our support services for people with physical or sensory impairments (including those with HIV) vary greatly, from the day to day tasks where a little extra help is needed, to ongoing assistance with communication or mental health support.
Our support officers carry out an assessment to understand the needs of each individual and then develop a tailored support plan to ensure that each person gets the care and support they need.
Our aim is to help people become independent, confident members of the community.
Support can be provided wherever it is needed; at home, in temporary or supported accommodation or anywhere else that is convenient.
The service is available to adults aged 18 and over, living in the London Borough of Newham, who need housing-related support.
