Want to start volunteering?

We have opportunities for people wishing to volunteer in the communities we work in. With over 77 schemes in east London and Essex, the need for help grows every year.

We are committed to giving our service users the best experiences, so they can live their lives as independently possible.

Are you:

  • Approachable and practical
  • Willing to learn

If you answer yes to any of the above we are looking for volunteers like you. You can see profiles of the different volunteering options at the bottom of the page.

Our volunteers will:

  • Meet a wide range of people
  • Participate alongside staff and fellow volunteers
  • Learn new skills
  • Share their skills with others
  • Help our residents develop independent living skills

In return we will provide:

  • Travel expenses
  • Free training
  • Professional support
  • Opportunities for personal development
  • A friendly and fun environment
  • Positive challenges
  • Satisfaction and reward
