All our residents and tenants have access to key worker support and may also receive additional support from external professionals.
Residents are encouraged to participate in their local community, develop skills to access work opportunities (paid or unpaid) and to negotiate for themselves the activities and tasks associated with everyday living.
Support can be in many forms and can include:
• Help to understand accommodation agreement

• Help to budget money
• Help to access education, training and jobs
• Help to make a complaint
• Help to take up leisure activities
How much does it cost?
Costs vary according to level of support required and location. Our allocations officer can provide you with information on individual schemes and services.
Who can apply?
Each service has differing requirements depending on how the service is funded. Some of our supported living services are able to accept people who self-refer while others need specialist referrals. Individual schemes can give you details of how to apply or our allocations officer can provide this information.
Applying for Supported Living?
We will carry out an assessment when anyone applies for Supported Living. This is to establish that the service can meet the individual’s needs and that they are eligible under funding arrangements.
We may also ask for additional information from other agencies to help us make this decision. If an offer of a service is made a full risk assessment and support plan will be agreed with the resident to clarify what services will be offered and when. This will be reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet resident’s individual needs over time.
