Resident Involvement
We actively promote residents' participation in the delivery and development of the services they receive.
This includes facilitating residents' meetings, supporting the use of advocates and regularly asking residents their views on the service. The 'Making Things Better Group' has promoted and achieved a high degree of involvement from our residents and tenants.
