The Support We Provide
Sheltered housing provides tenants with a safe, supported living environment in which they are able to maintain their independence.
Two schemes cater specifically for Black and Minority Ethnic groups. A Somali Elders Scheme supported by Somali speaking staff and Fazal Laj provides accommodation for Asian elders supported by staff who speak a range of Asian languages.

Resident Involvement
We actively promote residents' participation in the delivery and development of the services they receive.
This includes facilitating residents' meetings, supporting the use of advocates and regularly asking residents their views on the service. The 'Making Things Better Group' has promoted and achieved a high degree of involvement from our residents and tenants.
